Cutting Board


Made in Wisconsin from three different American native species of wood – Maple, White Oak and Black Walnut – the cutting boards are exceptional for chopping, slicing and serving. Both the weight and shape have been carefully considered to allow for easy handling. The soft edges and the pristine surface serve to be a good-looking platform for the food presented.

Care Information

Apply oil often to your new cutting board for protection against water damage and cracking. The end grain of the board is especially sensitive. Rub the wood with walnut, mineral oil or a cutting board conditioner. After applying oil, let it soak in for an hour and then wipe off excess oil with a dry cloth or paper towel. After use, store the board in an upright position or hang it up using the hole. I know you know this.... But please don’t put the board in the dishwasher.
